| well, I don't normally post a great deal here--but I came across these mesh wheels that forced me to pull out my plastic. as you can see by my sig, i have the classice "yokes". over the years, i've wanted to go back to the 16" look where i can have more rubber--more tire. lots of people say 16s are too small, but i feel mesh wheels, because of their intricate centers, cancel out the diameter bug. also, the yokes are pretty darn heavy. also i've looked around for new wheels for a few years now but never found some nice mesh rims that where the a center cap covered the lug nuts (for an affordable price). it appears that most mesh wheels today--even many BBSs, all have the lug nuts exposed. and all of a sudden i came across these during a moment of insomnia last night: [ http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/16-INCH-JDM-VOLK-RACING-3-PIECE-MESH-WHEELS-RAYS_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43956QQitemZ8054587767QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWD1V ] the tires that come with it are "unusable" 'cuz they're from Japan and thus not DOT. but heck, i'll be running these soon. in case i need new tires: what can size do you guys recommend for the front (255s?) and rears (265s, 275s)? thanks in advance. the fronts are 8" wide, the rears, 9" wide.
